  • Service refers to the educational services, courses, classes, test series, study materials, and related offerings provided through the Website.
  • Website refers to Bharath Study Circle, accessible from https://bharathstudycircle.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the parent/guardian making payment on behalf of a student, as applicable.
  • Order means the enrollment, registration, or payment made by You for any course or service offered by the Company.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is made for any course, class, test series, or educational service, it is generally non-refundable.

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same course or service.
  • Technical error resulting in payment being deducted but service not activated.
  • Course cancellation by Bharath Study Circle.

Any refund request must be made within 7 days of the payment date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after enrollment.
  • Non-attendance of classes after enrollment.
  • Partial use of the course or service.
  • Failure to attend classes due to personal reasons.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be credited using the original method of payment. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
